The goon has found enough valuables and now has to make sure that Rachel won’t escape and alarm the police before he gets away. He checks if all the ties are still holding out and discovers that her wrists are almost untied… Rachel’s wrists get re tied and she is put in a hogtie before he takes his leave.

Rachel now completely tied and almost incapable to move around struggles really hard to get out of the tight hogtie. It’s of no use all she can do is wiggle a little and try to call for help. But all that is coming out of her mouth is MMMPPPPHHHHING.
