Penelope is a cute local college girl who waitress’s to pay her way through college as many girls do. She chose to work at a Sports Bar where the Snots wear crop tops, short shorts, pantyhose, thick white socks and do their best to flirt with their customers to get as big of a tip as possible. Not too far off from working in a strip. The problem begins when Penelope chooses to get a little too “flirty” with one of her regular customers, toe-tally leading him on to think she has a person interest in him in order to get him to give her more $$$. The man insists had she simply agreed to go on a date with him she would have found out the “fun way” how much fun it is to be bound and gagged. A plan he had for her all along. Of course Penelope fights it, denies she would ever agree to such a thing but its all too little too late for our money grubbing conniving Snot who is now about to pay the price for fake niceness and manipulation in order to make the almighty.
